A clear understanding of desired outcome and potential solutions is crucial. Patients should expect a thorough and lengthy discussion of their problem, goals and solutions. Depending on the comlexity of your problem, you may be asked to return for additional consultaions without charge. My office staff is well trained to schedule appointments and surgery, answer insurance questions or provide information about procedures. Fees and insurance questions are addressed at the time of the initial consultation. All fees, both mine and if necessary the hospital, are discussed and we try to come up with an estimate of expenses.
