WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis has long been associated with the strange and mysterious, with sideshows and faith healers. But in the 21st century the truth isn't the least bit mysterious or supernatural. In fact, you have been in an hypnotic state literaly thousands of times. You didn't notice it because it seemed such a natural state of mind. And the hypnotic state is natural for all humans and many animals.

Chances are, at one time or another, you have found yourself driving along a familiar freeway past your exit, or perhaps you suddenly become aware of yourself behind the wheel and wondered where you are going. Occurrences such as these are common. To understand what makes these occurrences possible, first you need to understand that: Everything you have learned is stored in your subconscious.

Because you have already learned to drive, your driving skill is stored in your subconscious. As you begin your journey, you get in your car, maneuver out onto the freeway, move into a continuous flow of traffic, and reach a consistent speed. Now your conscious is free to engross on any thoughts it wishes.

Change your subconscious beliefs and you'll change your life....

Subconscious befiefs become like an unspoken law. Your inner mind adopts ideas implanted in it and directs your life accordingly, much like computer software can produce only what's in the program. Change is a matter of entering new information into the program and re-scripting your subconscious mind.

It involves replacing old negative beliefs which hold you back with a new set of thoughts that will propel you toward your goals and desires. When your intrnal belief system changes, you'll see remarkable transformation in your life.

When your subconscious is relaxed.......
it is possible to speak directly to and influence your subconscious. This technique has been used successfully to accomplish record breaking performances and achieve life-long goals.

What you can imagine you can achieve.

We all have the capacity for enormous transformation if we are given a few basic tools that enables us to work with our total minds to overcome the beliefs that limit us.

This approach to self development goes way beyond mere motivation which addresses only the conscious mind. The key to improving your life lies in reaching the subconscious to change self-limiting beliefs.

Hypnosis will enhance and expand the unlimited potential of our mind while overcoming old beliefs and negative thinking.
