LANA MARKS Fashion Show
7. The first American exhibition of the LANA MARKS Cleopatra Clutch, an accessory
worn to every Academy Awards presentation since 2004, premiered in Houston

Rodeo Uncorked! Winners
9. The 2008 Rodeo Uncorked! Champion Wine Auction and Dinner featured award winning
wines and raised $1,115,800. Kelly Howell, Mark Houehner, Steve Ehrman and Robin Yates-Wood won honors for the “Grand Champion Best in Show” 2004 Stags Leap Cabernet.
10. Vintners Pat and Trellis Brennan won accolades for the “Top Texas Wine” 2006 Viognier from Brennan’s Vineyard.
